Craig Rowe is the Director and Principal Consultant at CL Rowe & Associates. He has extensive relevant professional experience in the conduct of elector representation reviews over twenty-six years , as well as over thirty-five years in the planning industry and ten years of service in Local Government in South Australia.  Craig is a long-standing member of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) and has 27 years experience as a planning consultant, including affiliations with Connor Holmes Pty Ltd and JL McDonnell & Associates, Urban & Regional Planners.

 

Sandy Spencer offers technical support to the company.  Sandy has direct experience with the conduct of elector representation reviews for sixty previous client councils; provides expertise in the areas of elector data analysis, the development of ward structures and mapping; and has fifteen years of service in Local Government in South Australia and experience with Local, State and Federal elections spanning over twenty years.
